We were delighted to have our Principal Investigator, Dr Sarah Routledge, presenting her latest research at ELRIG.
Sarah’s poster, “Functional GPCR Assays in Native Tissues: cAMP Measurement in Rodent Kidney and Pancreas”, showcases our ongoing work to develop functional assays in physiologically relevant tissue systems.
The research explores cAMP signalling in native rodent kidney and pancreas membranes, investigating responses to several GPCR agonists, including calcitonin, parathyroid hormone, glucagon and GLP-1.
This work forms part of our continued efforts to expand Gifford Bioscience’s native tissue pharmacology capabilities, helping our clients better understand receptor signalling in biologically relevant systems.
